Day 1 - 1st PTT run

I'm using this run just to see what I'm dealing with. It wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. I haven't run really since moving to PA. Don't forget I tend to "Hate Running." But I have been Spinning regularly. With a positive mentality I got through the first 1.5 mi. of "training." It's kind of funny to dwell on that, but I think the hardest part, with any new venture, is getting started. Plus this means I'm officially committed. Here are the details:
Total Distance: 1.74 mi.
Warm Up: 4 mins. Cool Down: About 3 mins.
Total time for 1.5 mi run: 18 mins
Total time for workout: 25 mins
Max speed: 5 mph
Stretches: none... oops need to come up with this for Thursday.
